The man who brought you the case to remove "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance has once agin brought another frivolus lawsuit to the US court system. Though obviously very intelligent, holding a JD and MD both, he has not learned from his past failures. Read the article from Reuters about his sorted leagl past.
