Official TiVo SEC Filing on Comcast Deal

Thanks to the freedom of information act you too can view the ACTUAL SEC FILING by TiVo on their annouced 7 year distribution deal with Comcast. YAY!!!! I think this deal should move TiVo from deathwatch to atleast critical condition!!! Here is the Actual Press Release on the deal.
