Web Design and Web Application devlopment are two separate services that are so intricately intertwined it is hard to discuss the one without the other. I am avaiable for both design and aplication development projects. Most projects are quoted using our hourly development rates and a not to exceed number per project element. I will begin by educating on the differences between design and devolpment and will then be diligent to keep that separation understandable throughout the entire project. The two services can be commissioned together or independently.
